The Moon is in Gemini right now. She next enters Virgo on October 7 at 2:52 AM and leaves for Libra on October 9 at 8:10 AM.
The Moon in Virgo sees the loose thread from across the room and cannot rest until it is mended.
The Moon is in Virgo from Wednesday at 2:52 AM until October 9 at 8:10 AM, when she enters Libra. Virgo is mutable earth, ruled by Mercury, and the Moon here goes fine-grained: attention narrows, standards rise, and the pleasure of the day is in things done properly. Astrologers read these days as a season of tending and sorting, of the lists that get made and the drawers that get cleared, and they note that the same eye that finds every flaw in the work finds them in the self as well. It is the Moon for health and for craft, for the quiet competence of small things, and for kindness to the one holding the needle.
