The nodes are not on this axis now. They were last here from December 23, 2021 to July 12, 2023 and return on August 3, 2040.
North in Taurus, South in Scorpio: learning to rest in the body, after a long season in the depths.
With the North Node in Taurus and the South in Scorpio, astrologers read the season as a coming up for air. Scorpio is the inheritance: the instinct for crisis, the reflex to look for what is hidden, the intensity that makes calm feel like a trick. Taurus is the door: simplicity, the senses, the value of what is plainly in hand and slowly grown. The tradition treats these months as a season for building what lasts and letting the drama go unfed, and it notes that the eclipses fall on money, security, and what one is willing to share.
