The nodes are not on this axis now. They were last here from February 13, 2011 to September 2, 2012 and return on September 24, 2029.
North in Sagittarius, South in Gemini: learning to believe something, after a long season of clever doubt.
With the North Node in Sagittarius and the South in Gemini, astrologers read the season as a climb from the market to the mountain. Gemini is the inheritance: cleverness, the many small facts, the reflex to keep every option open and commit to none. Sagittarius is the door: meaning, the long journey, the faith that can be lived rather than argued. The tradition treats these months as a season for the big question and the far horizon, and it places the eclipses on belief, education, travel, and the difference between information and wisdom.
